
Not ok for a developer to do so without proper licensing. Perfectly fine for individuals to release this content. I think we will be lucky to see it in 2017.Įdited to add: If BugBear were to do a mod package as Purple described, it would not be able to use any of Sams bangers, most of the Very Track Pack, or any other licensed content. With content still being added, no single player career, inability to run 24 players online, and the optimization issues people are having with very expensive hardware (that puts consoles to shame), I dont see how such a small team can pull it off even for a late summer launch. I am curious as to where they are in terms of development on the console versions. Ideally, it would also tell you when you click to join if you are missing any mods that are required.

For this to work for the average, or casual console gamer, they would need to change the way mods are enabled so that when a player clicks to join a room with mods enabled, it automatically enables the appropriate mods.
